First in Finland collaboration accelerates project management coaching with AI
Based on discussions and joint experiments that began in 2024, LessonLab and Talent Network have formalized their collaboration. The agreement brings together the expertise of two successful operators with a strong focus on development and learning.
Talent Network is a strategic development and leadership coaching company that helps its clients implement strategic goals, projects and leadership programs. The company's operations are guided by an approach that believes in people, extensive experience, a strong understanding of learning and the use of modern digital solutions.
LessonLab is a technology company focused on skills development and assessment, utilizing generative artificial intelligence to implement simulation-based learning solutions. LessonLab's solutions support effective and personalized learning even in complex work-life interaction situations.
Through the collaboration Talent Network will deploy LessonLab's AI-based solutions to expand the use of artificial intelligence in project management training. The goal is to create more impactful and inclusive development processes where trainees can practice and assess their skills in authentic leadership situations.
