We implement customer-specific trainings to facilitate and support IPMA certification applications.

Over the years, more than 1000 project managers, project directors and project portfolio managers have participated in our programs.

We deliver customer-specific Succeed in Leadership: Project Team Leadership training programs.

This training provides Project Managers with practical tools for leading project teams effectively.

The program is based on internationally recognized, research-based frameworks: Everything DiSC® and Blanchard SLII® (Situational Leadership II).
