The story of the Talent Network's birth is based on diverse experiences acquired over decades. Its building blocks have included, among others, the broad field of operations of Talent Partners and Talent Vectia and the expertise created by customer assignments, which has been refined through renewal, growth orientation, service development, productization and certifications.
We have over 30 years of experience working as business and project managers and consultants in the development of projects, programs, project portfolios and leadership, as well as in leading demanding projects. We have been involved in over 400 assignments and have coached over 23,000 people in over 90 different organizations. The most significant results have been achieved in long-term project expertise and management and culture development assignments, as well as in leadership positions in large-scale projects. During our career, we have been privileged to work with and support organizations in, among others, the process industry, product development, investment, construction, ICT and project business.
We have assembled a professional team to enable our customers to receive the best possible service. Some of our professionals previously held significant positions such as Deputy CEO, developing brand renewal and internationalization, managing project business and demanding change management assignments.
